We are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant with GDPR Experience in our Cork City office.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing administrative support in the daily business operations
- Act as a coordinator on various projects and supply administration with support on projects.
- Conduct research for Operations/IT Projects
- Monitoring and owning GDPR tasks including, but not limited to:
- Assisting with the development of Data Processing Impact Assessments (DPIA)
- Completing robust Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
- Writing up policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
Required
- Excellent organizational and administration skills.
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- Good knowledge on GPDR.
- Competency in Microsoft packages
- Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to interface/coordinate with other company departments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated.
- Experience in a similar role or in a position that demonstrated the above skills will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of finance industry requirements
