Administrative Assistant with GDPR Experience [Ireland]

We are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant with GDPR Experience in our Cork City office.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing administrative support in the daily business operations
  • Act as a coordinator on various projects and supply administration with support on projects.
  • Conduct research for Operations/IT Projects
  • Monitoring and owning GDPR tasks including, but not limited to:
    • Assisting with the development of Data Processing Impact Assessments (DPIA)
    • Completing robust Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
    • Writing up policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)


Required

  • Excellent organizational and administration skills.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Good knowledge on GPDR.
  • Competency in Microsoft packages
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to interface/coordinate with other company departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a position that demonstrated the above skills will be an advantage.

  • Experience working with wider GDPR process
  • Experience with working in a project environment
  • Experience with Process Mapping for projects
  • Knowledge of finance industry requirements
  • Knowledge of policy development
