Business Reporting and Product-Data Governance Manager (f/m/x)

To further strengthen and enrich the Payments & Daily Banking Performance and Steering department within RBI, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Reporting and Product-Data Governance Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the group business reporting process and infrastructure, product data governance and data quality assurance including business analytics, reporting/planning and monitoring of the business/product performance. This position is leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with other experts/stakeholders within head office and network banks.

Your mission at RBI

• Lead and manage the group payment acceptance business reporting process with 12 network banks, including reporting guidance, product data governance and data quality assurance
• Monitor of actual business performance and target achievements including central unit reporting
• Play a key role in maintenance and further enhancement of reporting/visualization tools and solutions, including analysis, definition and implementation of new business reporting requirements
• Play a key role in creation of reports and ad-hoc evaluations including extract, transform and process data to accomplish modelling and analysis objectives
• Perform financial analytics and business cases modelling including analyses of market and business potential
• Support network banks in their performance overview and achievement of their profitability targets and business ambition levels including participation in group payment acceptance business budgeting process

Your core competencies

• 5+ years’ experience in international banking/financial service industry with 3+ years of relevant experience in business or finance area in reporting and performance measurement, business intelligence or business analytics
• Deep proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Qlik) and MS Excel with excellent analytical and data processing and programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, DAX)
• Cross-functional experience in product P&L management (ideally in controlling and finance, retail or corporate) including deep knowledge in business case modelling on product, regional or P&L level
• Clear understanding of product steering processes including financial reporting and planning processes, business performance analytics and benchmarking

• Salary: the yearly gross base salary offered for this position is min. EUR 60.000 including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
