Corr Recruitment are looking for steady Car Drivers to drive and manoeuvre new cars around Portbury docks for AD HOC work.

When you arrive for your shift, you will sign in then get together for a briefing what’s going on and what is expected and what times your breaks will be and where to get on the minibus back from each compound.
The way AD HOC shifts work
The shifts are between 8–12-hour shifts. It can be varied from time to time to meet changing requirements. The shifts operate over 24 per day and seven days a week.
Your shifts will be first come first serve, we will let you know each week what shifts are available, and it is on a first come first basis.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Driving motor vehicles on and off vessels and between compounds
- Driving cars of all makes and sizes
- Parking vehicles safely in a variety of compounds
- Working as part of a team
- Getting the vehicle
The perfect worker
Applicants must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences, no unspent DR10 (drink driving) or DD (dangerous driving) offences. You will also be required to have 2 years of driving experience. Good and safe driving and parking skills are necessary as well as an excellent work ethic and diligence.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday DAYS - £11.35 per hour
Weekends DAYS - £12.48 per hour
Monday to Friday NIGHTS - £11.92 per hour
Weekend NIGHTS - £13.61 per hour
