About the role

You will provide effective and high-quality care coordination and management services to support older people living at home. Specifically, you will be responsible for leading, directing, assisting and supporting other team members including CAREGivers to provide consistently high quality care services to our Private and Home Care Package clients.

The main role of the Care Services Manager (CSM) is to foster positive connections with potential clients from the start and continue to build and nurture relationships with our clients and their families across their time with us. You will work with clients to design appropriate Care Plans to meet their needs, provide them with prompt contact and ongoing reviews to ensure that their care needs and goals are met and that services are adjusted as needed.

The Care Services Manager/ Coordinator ideally possess an understanding of Home Care Packages or has some care management experience and would like to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Care Manager: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full Driver Licence (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bondi Junction, NSW 2022
