Social media marketing/ content creator

Organic skincare company start up. Is seeking an innovative and self-motivated Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to who can develop original content, photography and video. This role will report into our Chief Brand Officer. Our ideal candidate will be highly creative, have a passion for all things social, a deep appreciation of health and wellness, is socially aware – with a keen eye for trends and strong copy writing skills.
About the Job

  • Develop timely content that takes advantage of in-store and ecommerce-based offerings, new menu offerings and happenings in the news and trends
  • Design and create engaging posts & Instagram Stories
  • Maintain monthly content calendars and come to the table with ideas for content on a regular basis
  • Write highly engaging posts for each social platform, including Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram etc ( Must have sense of humor)
  • Monitor and engage with the brand’s followers and community across platforms.

Requirements

  • You live and breathe social media and are very tuned-in to the latest social trends
  • You’re excited about skincare and passionate + informed about current events
  • Exceptional eye for style, design and taste
  • You have experience implementing and managing successful social media campaigns and can share your work.
  • You have 2+ years of experience managing social at a brand (specific experience in health/wellness is a huge plus)
  • Must be proficient in Adobe CS Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of After Effects or Final Cut Pro
