An Application Support Engineer must understand how the business application is supposed to work for the customer. This is a great job for a person who enjoys helping others and delving into the mechanics of how programs work.

Your role- Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems
- Respond to general questions, incidents, and requests in a timely manner
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue
- Prioritize multiple, open issues
- Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses
- Follow best practices described in IM Policy
- Manage user accounts on applications: create, modify, and grant permissions
- Create a knowledge base for the recurring problems
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Great approach to working with customers
- Understanding the concept of incident management
- ITIL understanding is a plus
- Basic database skills (SQL) would be an asset
- Readiness to work in 8 hours daily shifts, starting at 00:00 (only Mondays), 6:00, 8:00 (mostly), and 13:00
