- Contribute to the incident and problem management, based on an ITIL based operating framework, monitor the production environment
- Proper Communication to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status
- Internal Global Communication between IT, management et Operational Unit during incident resolution and post-mortem
- Good communication between our Service Delivery team and L3 Support Team as of Infrastructure Team
- Necessary actions to resolve production incidents and supports according to our SLA
- Establish accurate and on time communication to users during incident
- Fill correctly HUBS tickets in 2Strack providing root cause, action plan, …
- Organize in a recurrent way meetings on Problem Management
- Provide an added-value to the development team (for bug correcting)
- Avoid recurring incident
- Minimize resolution time on similar incidents
- In case of incident, deploy all needed resources to establish the root cause
- Action plan to be put in place to avoid past incident to be recurrent
- In case of Problem, provide all data needed to L3 Team to minimize correction time and then delivery
- Write incident report that summarizes the way the incident has been solved, why it occurred and what can be put in place to avoid recurrence
- At least five years' experience as an IT Operations Engineer or in a similar role.
- Excellent technical skills in systems, network and operating system administration.
- In-depth knowledge of IT operations management principles and methods
- Experience in incident, problem and change management.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills, with a focus on priority management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and learn new skills.
- Certification or relevant training in IT operations (e.g. ITIL) would be a plus
