Currently, we are looking for several ISDA Negotiators (with different experience levels) to support one of our investment banking clients who is looking to grow their negotiation team.
Requirements:
- Legally qualified, in any recognised British or European jurisdiction.
- Experience negotiating ISDA agreements or other industry standard documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work to demanding deadlines (workflow & time management).
- Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly changing team.
- Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Be deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects.
- Have strong numerical and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritise tasks.
- Confidence to escalate issues to leadership team.
- Pro-active approach and ability to identify solutions to operational challenges.
- Negotiating various industry-standard agreements.
- Negotiating and reviewing other regulation-driven documentation.
- Undertaking due diligence prior to and post completion of agreements.
- Mitigate operational risk by demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
- Liaising with businesses, credit officers, legal department, and external counsel.
- Exposure to interesting advisory projects.
- Rapid knowledge development thanks to on-the-job trainings related to the area of expertise.
