Excelling in quality, innovation, and impact, UCLA Extension (UNEX) is one of the top providers of continuing and professional education in the United States, offering programs and classes to more than 50,000 students per year through approximately 4,500 classes and certificate programs to meet the professional development, continuing education, and personal enrichment needs of the full spectrum of traditional, nontraditional, domestic, international, professional, and continuing education students throughout and beyond Los Angeles.
Under the direction of the Program Manager and the general direction of the Director of International Corporate and Custom Programs (ICCP), the Program Representative II (PRII) is responsible for program planning and implementation, administrative and budget support, and special project management for international corporate and custom programs.
The PRII is responsible for programming courses in UCLA Extension Enrollment Management System and quality controlling the website. Duties may include program implementation, instructor relationship management, some student advisement, program marketing and outreach, assisting in the coordination and execution of academic programming, and other duties as assigned.
