We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Project Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will initially focus on the Food & Health innovation field within the
Foodvalley team. However, there will be opportunities to expand and explore other innovation fields as well.
How do you contribute to our journey?
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide support to the Food & Health innovation field, the
Healthier Food Community, the Personalised Nutrition Community and their related internal and external projects. Your responsibilities will include: o Organising, coordinating and supporting programs, projects, events o Managing partner-, project-, and event communication and administration o Overseeing Foodvalley's online platform Foodleap for Food & Health news sharing o Maintaining the Food & Health network and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should be well-organised, analytical, and enjoy bringing structure. You must have excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently while also being flexible to adapt to the organisation's dynamic nature.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with partners are essential. o Your background:
We are looking for candidates who have a background in life sciences, business administration, project management, business innovation, or similar fields.
Alternatively, if you are an experienced executive assistant with a proven affinity for food and health, we encourage you to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft programs
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is necessary, and fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory. A valid work permit for EU countries is also required. o Your mindset:
