Senior Officer (Customer Relations) [China]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Relations Department.The incumbent will assist in customer communications and projects as assigned, including but not limited to sustainability projects, corporate social responsibility initiatives, media relations, as well as editorial and production of corporate collaterals and website management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with able organizations
  • Good project management, analytical and communication skills
  • A team player while being able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Suitable candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Officer
