Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our team. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for our new employees. This role is critical to maintaining the company's high standards and reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement training programs that align with company standards.
· Schedule training sessions for new employees and ensure they are effective and well-managed.
· Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs, adjusting as necessary to improve effectiveness.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure training standards are consistent and meet company-wide objectives.
· Utilize technology to enhance training efforts and ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and engaging.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or training role.
· Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, standards, and regulations is preferred.
· Proficient in using computer software and technology for training and administrative purposes.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple trainings and schedules simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct training and provide feedback.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
· Ability to motivate and inspire others to meet company standards and goals.
· Proven track record of developing successful training programs.
· Must be prepared to grow with the company.
