  • Responsible for the planning and coordination of all tasks related to studio live events, including pre, during, and post-production activities.
  • Lead and oversee the content and merchandise planning, script refinement, and studio optimization.
  • Establish close communication with the Streamers(KOLs) of the live events.
  • Prepare for the live events by setting up the studio and organizing merchandise according to protocols.

  • Coordinate and facilitate live streams on TikTok platforms.
  • Ensure the studio is restored to its original condition after each live event.
  • Troubleshoot any issues, particularly during high-pressure moments in live stream events.
  • Develop procedures for recapping live events, collect and analyze data from each live, and optimize store profits.
  • Generate reports after live events, ensuring accuracy in data creation and management of sales reports.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and the end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital tools, platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the team.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in live show e-commerce sales space or social commerce
  • Competent knowledge of OBS Broadcaster Software (preferred)
  • Experience in Livestream equipment operation including video cameras, microphones, audio equipment, lighting and etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with streamers, key partners, and influencers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry and fit into the company‘s culture and working environment
