KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
  • Accountable for running the branch during the Branch Managers absence.
  • Assisting with feedback reports to management
  • Invoicing clients
  • Doing pricing overrides
  • Doing credit notes for debtors
  • Following up on debtors when requested by debtors department.
  • Receiving orders and writing up order numbers
  • Managing the branch stock (stock control and ordering)
  • Managing branch costs stationery, consumables etc.
  • Assisting internal sales when needed
  • Monitoring and overseeing all employee job performance.
  • General finance
  • Checking float and petty cash
  • General admin and ensuring that filing system is uploaded.
  • Assisting with safety tasks loading on expiration program
  • Attending to all adhoc duties as requested by management.
  • Sending through daily register
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification: Matric
Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
