Our client in Richards Bay is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and confident team player to join their team. Initially, this will be on a temp / ad hoc basis.
They are a workspace and office management company and are specifically looking for a bubbly, Front of House Administrator with strong admin and office support skills
Requirements:
Matric + suitable tertiary certificate / qualification
Strong administration and organizational skills
Excellent Customer Service and telephone manner
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Matric or formal relevant qualifications
Access to reliable transport / own car advantageous
Be available at short notice
Adaptable and flexible to suit various working environments
The hours of work are: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
