Our client is an organization in the oil and gas industry specializing in oil and fuel testing.
They are currently seeking for talents to join their expansion plan as a Customer Service Representative where the incumbent will be overseeing the order processing & coordination process.
Job Details:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 0815 - 1715
- Location: Expo/Bedok (transport provided)

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
- Process customer orders, coordinate and monitor on orders and delivery schedules to ensure efficiency
- Liaise with 3PL to resolve any shipping related issues
Requirements:
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
