Matric and valid drivers license is essential
Relevant Diploma will be an advantage
Medical industry experience is essential as you will be managing stock for private and government hospitals within Gauteng
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar role is required
Stock Control, Co-ordination & Rotation
Complete physical consignment stock checks at hospitals in and around Gauteng, including any outlying areas.
Organize stock in the hospitals by period to expiry, per product range and business unit.
Liaise directly with company representatives with regards to stock issues in hospitals.
Accompany company representatives to hospitals to do their stock checks.
Assist Invoicing Department with problems which they have difficulties in terms of stock queries.
Manage ABC accounts in terms of stock on consignment.
Re-labelling of stock at the hospitals when required.
Manage the rotation of stock based on the soon to expire report.
Manage the Backorder Report
Minimise stock write off through effective rotation and levels management.
Monitor and manage excess inventory, slow moving and obsolete stock.
Maintain optimum inventory levels.
Deliveries
Ad-hoc deliveries of emergency stock in the Gauteng region.
Assist with deliveries in the absence of a driver
Medical KITS
Assist with the daily delivery of KITS, if required.

Assist with the daily movement of KITS between hospitals, if required.
Administration
Submit consignment check sheets to the Stock Demand Co-Ordinator.
File consignment stock check sheets.
Update information and provide feedback on the soon to expire reports and schedules.
Update information and provide feedback on the rotations reports and schedules.
Update information and provide feedback on the ABC management reports and schedules.
Update information and provide feedback on the levels reports and schedules.
Complete a daily log sheet for each trip and/or delivery.
