Kitchen assistant [Finland]

You will perform a range of duties around the kitchen, including:

• Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients
• Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters
• Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
• Unloading fresh supplies and organizing the stockroom
• Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
• Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans
• Observing cooking times and correct temperatures

A good knowledge of Sub-saharan cuisine is compulsory. Knowledge of English language is required and a proficiency in French language is highly appreciated. Additionally, you are required to have basic culinary degree certificates and work experience in Sub-saharan cuisine.
