Roseland Court Nursing Home is situated in the village of Tregony between Truro and St Austell.
Roseland Court is a highly reputable home provides dementia , nursing and residential care for 36 residents with an excellent team of care staff. They have registered nurses on site 24 hours a day. There are two units within the home over two floors, and this position will mainly be based on the ground floor residential dementia unit.
You need to be an experienced senior carer, familiar with medication administration and able to manage a small group of residents and staff on a daily basis. You will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in their care, responsible for administering medication, dealing with any medical issues, ensuring high quality care is delivered to residents, and to promote as much independence for our residents as possible.
