Job Responsibilities :

  • Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks which include the taking of food & beverages orders
  • Ensure the display of excellent customer service at all times, greet and welcome restaurant diners in a warm and friendly manner
  • Create high standards of customer experience, be attentive towards the customers and their queries
  • Ensure prompt serving and clearing of plates after guests have finished dining
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the restaurant and the brand standards
  • Support manager in ensuring station is well maintained and well stocked
  • Any other tasks as given by Supervisors

Job Requirements :

  • Friendly and enjoys meeting people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal staff and customers
  • A genuine and honest, "can do" attitude
  • No experience required as training will be provided
