We are looking for a Qualified Vehicle Technician to join us in Auckland.
Pay rate $62,400.
40 hours per week, permanent.
After hours and weekend work required.

Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and manufactures filter changes on engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil and fuel systems.
Install our filtering equipment on engine, hydraulic and fuel systems. (Find a pressure feed and find a less pressure return. Usually the sump.)
Attach fittings to equipment to feed oil through a filtration trailer.
Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed, ensuring proper documentation.
Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous learning and training.
Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work
environment.
Requirements:
Qualification as an automotive technician/diesel mechanic or 3 years relevant work experience.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle models, systems, and components.
Skilled in using diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve issues.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We service nationwide, therefore overnight travel will be required.
