Regional Commercial Excellence Manager Europe

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f) with exceptional communication skills to join our regional Europe team, based in Vienna. In this position, you will take a leading role in managing projects and driving sales productivity and efficiency across the G4S Europe portfolio. You will be responsible for implementing initiatives that optimize sales processes, improve data analysis, and enhance overall performance. Leading projects and improving overall sales productivity, ROSI and ACV results, across the G4S Europe portfolio, through initiatives that:- Streamlines operational models and provides better productivity, cost, and quality of sales
- Improves structures of the organizational sales setup from “opportunity identification through to order”
- Improve data availability, accuracy, visualization, and analysis in sales (i.e., CxO, Sales Force, DOMO and Google AI)
- Create accurate reportings and deep dive analysis to all C-Level incoming requests, and appropriate advisory to CCO
- Identify and implement best productivity practices and standards within sales
- Collaborate with and follow up on country SDs to implement agreed projects for optimized sales performance
- Support the business on sales restructuring programs focused on direct cost optimization and performance excellence
- Prioritize those initiatives, programs and countries that maximize the return value to the company
- Keep the Regional Leadership team in Europe updated on plans, activities and results at recurring basis
- Manage PI programme activities - and ensure unified reporting into DOMO and CxO systems
- Manage commision model programme activities - and ensure full alignment with group as well as local requirements
- Manage NPS improvement programme activities
- Manage regional sector, competitor and general customer acquisition programme activities
Your Profile
- Master's degree in commercial, organizational, economics, business administration, or equivalent
- Expert-level proficiency in English (German, French, etc., is an advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a commercial, academic, or financial role in an international environment
- Intelligence, empathy and drive
- Analytical and numerical strong - fast learner and adaptor
- Teamwork focus, the ability to foster good working relationships and influence others
- Implementing new business modelling and processes that fit business challenges
- Ability to create measurable results in- and through international matrix organizations
- Excellence in use of business work platforms (preferably google, alternatively MS - and general database/DW)
