Job Description
Sales Project Management (70% capacity)
- Power Tools Great China sales related business analysis, report documentation
- Coordination with regional, global organizations and other Business Units for strategic topics and projects
- Support on sales & marketing plan documentation & internal alignment
- Support China Sales and Marketing strategy design and execution
- Other Power Tools China business related projects/tasks
Sales Data Management (30% capacity)
- Responsible for channel customer support and management. Channel sales related data management and maintenance
- Responsible for channel policies tracking, target fulfillment monitoring, channel related projects audit and monitoring
- Responsible for channel rebate analysis and planning, customer rebate accounting -
- Territory & sales, yearly/monthly TBP etc. management and tracking Sales Manager monthly/quarterly Commission Accounting
- Channel system maintenance & support
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Business Management, Marketing, Economics.
- Faster learner and excellent communication skills (able to communicate both with senior management level and sales team level)
- Expert of MS Office (PPT and Excel is a must)
- Excellent business English both in written and spoken
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work under great pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective coordination & communication skills
- Be sensitive to data, good analysis ability
- Logic thinking and good presentation preparation skills
