Role purpose: Is responsible for the Projects Management, Business Plan Management. Policies implementations and monitoring along with support to Head of Section and Director.
Duties and responsibilities:
Projects Management:
- Define and determine project scope and objectives.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resources requirements.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. - Manage contract with vendors and suppliers by assigning task and communicating expected deliverables.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage multiple sub teams, working with content/art, tech and design, share the vision of the projects and engage team members.
- Evaluate the needs of the team in terms of resources and jobs and ensure that these are met maintain a good standard of commitment and team motivation to create a work environment that promotes productivity.
Strategy implementation and monitoring:
- Provide support to M7 Director and Head of various sections in implementation strategy and policy and procedures.
- Be a single point of contact to track changes in the strategy to ensure consistency and avoid any miscommunication to concerned functions.
Budget/Finance-related responsibilities:
- Support to budget preparation as per communication from QM/M7
- Coordinate with all the departments to receive estimates
- Populate budget and review assumptions of figures provided by each department
- Compare with last year to identify any abnormal variation
- Coordinate with QM Finance Team for information/feedback on budget
- Act as a single point of contact between QM Finance and M7 for r any finance-related query
- Focal point for M7 staff for all finance-related queries
Operational responsibilities:
- Responsible for all collaboration contracts of M7
- Coordinate with QM Procurement team for contract finalization
- Maintain contract tracker to facilitate timely renewal/payments
- Interim support for M7 Director’s Office with important meeting agendas and minutes
- Focal point for M7 staff for QM /M7 finance-related queries
Continued Support on Process optimization:
- Coordinate with centralized support functions at QM to ensure that policies and procedures are up to date and harmonized.
- nsure preparation and update of M7 internal procedures and policies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Projects Management
- Operations Management
- Administration Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management/Project Management or related field.
- Master of Business Administration
- A minimum of 11-12 years experience, preferably in project management field
