Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in various digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, online visibility, and customer engagement. Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating our social media channels, including content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
SEO and SEM:Support the implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic and visibility.
Email Marketing: Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and tracking of results.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and create reports to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with various teams, including design, sales, and product development, to execute cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools, and share relevant insights with the team.
Requirements:
· Fresh Graduate (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications)
· Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
· Familiarity with popular social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Hootsuite, etc.).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
· Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
· Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confirmation and Salary Increase:
At the end of the 3-month internship period, your performance will be assessed based on the quality of your work, your contributions to the team, and your overall performance during the internship. If you meet the performance criteria set for the role, you will be offered a confirmation as a permanent employee with an increased salary commensurate with your skills and achievements.
