Job Purpose
The Digital Operations & Analytics Officer is accountable for utilizing various MarTech and AdTech capabilities to enhance digital operations and analytics. This includes leveraging data interoperability, integrating automation systems, managing tracking and tag management systems, and implementing analytics solutions. Additionally, the officer is responsible for overseeing inbound digital activities such as managing the website, mobile app, and campaigns.

- Utilize MarTech and Ad Tech capabilities to enhance digital operations and analytics.
- Implement data interoperability solutions to ensure seamless data integration across systems.
- Integrate automation systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage tracking and tag management systems for accurate data collection and analysis.
- Implement analytics solutions to derive actionable insights and drive data-based decision-making.
- Oversee website management, including content updates, user experience optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Coordinate and execute digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and KPIs.

- Manage the integration between digital automation platform and digital partners.
- Monitor and provide input to improve the effectiveness of lead gen and Account-based marketing.
- Deliver database growth, enrichment, segmentation, data hygiene and completeness.
- Familiar with the post-cookie world solution.
- Lead initiatives to improve lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management and pipeline/revenue attribution.
- Accelerate flynas growth with insightful digital analytics.
- Own the creation and evolution of a library of reports and dashboards that track digital performance indicators.
- Contribute to creating inquiry, MQL, SQL, pipeline, conversion rate and revenue goals supporting overall business outcomes.
- Execute lifecycle ad-hoc and automated digital communications via multiple digital channels (email -in-app message, push) for acquisition and win-back purposes.
- Launch A/B tests, analyze results and identify actionable opportunities and best practices.
- Deploy/implement or get up to speed with new AdTech/MarTech tool.
- Tag Management Solutions: Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager Etc.
- Make sure all tags on the website fire well.

Academic Qualifications

Professional Experience
Licenses and Certifications
Certifications in relevant MarTech and Ad Tech platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics) are preferred but not mandatory.
