Our Corporate Office currently looking for Purchasing Officer with responsibility as follow but not limited to:
1. Purchases goods and services for specified
2. Receives, processes, and delivers incoming orders
3. Issuing purchase orders, expedite and redirect as needed, pricing negotiation
4. Equipment Receiving: review invoices and approved for payment, Track back orders, reach out to vendors when needed
5. Forecast inventory needs based on historical, current and future demands
6. Evaluate and qualify potential suppliers
Our Requirements:
1. Proven experience min 1 year as Purchasing Officer or similar area of work
2. Well communicated using English & Bahasa Indonesia
3. Accounting educational background
4. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
5. Good Negotiation Skills
6. Background or experience from hospitality or F&B will be a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
