Do you want to start a journey in the hospitality industry as a Front Office/Customer Experience Associate in cooperation with one of the leading companies in the market?Manpower Group Greece, on behalf of its client leading in its industry, is looking for a passionate Front Office/Customer Experience Associate who knows exactly how to make the most out of the clients’ experience!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers, in English or Greek, to book tours, provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our services, pricing, and availability
- Manage walk-in customers, upsell products, and prepare simple offers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints swiftly, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Ensure the company’s policies and security requirements are abided by
- Prepare customer contracts based on existing templates
- Complete the start-of-day and end-of-day checklists, as well as regularly check the facilities for damages
- Monitor inventory of assets and order office supplies in due time
- Ensure proper mail recording
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Handle petty cash
- Coordinate with vendors
- Manage community events
- 4 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- English professional level (verbal and written)
- Proficient with computers or Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Fmiliarity with invoicing
- Efficient training
- Accessible office location (Akadimias)
