Graduate Investment Administrator – quick process – start immediately.
H2R Consulting are immediately looking on behalf of a leading Financial services firm for a talented grad, or someone with existing settlements experience.
The role will involve a range of tasks, all requiring a high attention to detail, an interest in financial markets, and an eagerness to learn and develop in Funds Management / Financial Operations.
$25-$30.00 per hour plus 8% holiday pay (paid weekly

Key responsibilities could include:
- Investigating settlement discrepancies with internal and external parties
- Entry of trade data within given timeframes
- Reconciliations of trades daily, weekly, etc
- Settlement lifecycle processes
- Identifying areas of improvement
- Bank Reconciliations
- Adhering to and complying with audit and compliance requirements
- Assisting with other roles in the Cash, Derivatives and other Teams as required
About You
Ideally you will have a relevant degree in finance, commerce or accounting or 1-3 years’ experience in settlements or or a similar role and have a super keen interest in the Financial Markets.
This is an ideal role to get your foot in the door for a career within areas such as Investments, Operations or Wealth Management.
- You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and be comfortable liaising with a range of internal and external clients.
- You will have great attention to detail, never missing a beat.
- You will possess strong business acumen and sound judgement, able to pick up anomalies.
- You will be a fast learner, able to pick up new and complicated systems.
- You will be a great team player and enjoy working with others.
- You will have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
