At Eureka AI we help organizations making crucial decisions based on derived insights. Using our signature artificial intelligence based data platform (AI/ML), we help organizations to understand their target market and gain competitive advantage. We are currently looking for an experienced engineer who can help us to improve and maintain our hybrid-cloud environment.
As part of our Technology team, you will ensure that our IT Infrastructure is in great condition and you have no problem with maintenance of IT equipment. You have experience in managing hardware (racking & stacking) and experience in managing virtual infrastructures using OpenStack.
Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding in IT networking and server administration, and is able to work in our datacentre occasionally for upgrades and maintenance if needed.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of TCP/IP and qualification of CCNP level for Routing & switching and security. And able to design and administer enterprise IT infrastructure & systems, have solid experience with Linux Servers.
Qualifications :
The candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working as IT Infrastructure engineer, and having these sets of knowledges:
1. Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
2. Qualification of Cisco CCNA / CCNP routing & switching, and security
3. Good understanding of Openstack and the management of an Openstack environment.
4. Deployment and Administration of Windows server, and Linux Servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
5. Configuration of hardware components, including RAID configuration, backup systems, storage technology, clustering and load balancing.
6. Virtualization and Cloud technologies.
7. IT infrastructure and System Security from Firewall, System Hardening (Linux, Windows), and
8. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS in cloud service environment.
9. Principles of business letter writing and basic report preparation.
10. Good English usage for written/oral communication.
Additional skills as a plus:
1. Familiar with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
2. Have extensive knowledge of IT Standards and best practices of Information security (ISO 27000 family, PCI DSS, etc)
3. Vulnerability testing for Linux and windows environments.
