YOUR ROLE
Do you have a great problem-solving capacity, and do you make sure that the right action is taken when IT problems occur? Then you are the IT Support Employee we are looking for! Are you the type that has responsibility and impact high on the 'must have list' for a new job?


In this role, you provide first-line support to our logistics operation, you solve issues in our warehouse management system (WMS) and you support the Technical Service with IT issues. In addition, you have a lot of contact with your colleagues at the other sites in Waalwijk and Tilburg. You are a team player who is responsible for the correct handling of common requests and incidents from our organization.


You retrieve the request tickets in our helpdesk system, both hardware and software issues. You know how to tackle the issues that reach you by asking the right questions. Logging the incidents, keeping the correct records, and providing correct feedback are very important. You identify and recognize frequently occurring questions and incidents and come up with solutions for them. Therefore you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you have a solution-oriented and service-oriented attitude.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Registering requests and incidents that arrive at the support desk by e-mail and/or telephone;
  • Making the first-line work procedures;
  • Processing incidents in the Ticket Registration System;
  • Supporting IT-related issues concerning machinery and automation;
  • Monitoring your performance through statistical reporting and analysis;
  • Support implementation of new and ongoing Projects.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Work experience in a warehouse environment;
  • Work experience as a site- or IT support employee is a plus;
  • Team spirit, curiosity and willingness to learn;
  • Practical experience is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing, Dutch is big plus.
