Brief Description of Job Duties:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the requirements gathering process for the development of an accounting application. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the senior team members and stakeholders to gather and document user requirements. You should be a self-motivated individual, eager to learn, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within the team.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing user requirements and business processes.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in accounting applications.
- Collaborate with senior BAs to develop comprehensive user requirements documentation..
- Collaborate with application development staff on design, development and bugs management.
- Collaborate with testing staff on test criteria and test plans.
- Support the validation process to ensure all requirements are met once the system goes live.
Specific Duties:
- Assist the business in developing technical solutions to business problems.
- Define, analyze and document requirements.
- Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests.
- Act as a liaison to the business for work efforts.
