Job Brief: As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Commercial Leasing Department to develop marketing and advertising strategies. You will be involved throughout the entire process from conception to evaluation.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage cohesive, on-brand marketing campaigns to drive traffic and find customers on digital platforms; improve KPIs when required.
- Implement marketing projects and advertising strategies.
- Conduct and provide insightful reports.
- Dispense marketing and digital marketing knowledge, tips, and training to the team.
- Stay up to date with digital technology, equipment, and reports.
- Help Directors/ HODs increase client satisfaction and business performance through strategic long-term plans.
- Track and monitor competitors' activities and contribute to plans/tactics/actions to lead the market.
- Work with the Marketing team on communications campaigns.
- Create procedures, materials, and strategies to execute marketing campaigns, products, projects, and services.
- Work on marketing plans from the conceptual stage to evaluation.
- Support the Leasing team in identifying potential markets.
- Manage the production of marketing materials such as posters, flyers etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two years of work experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Must be analytical, inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail.
- Must develop, deliver, and evaluate ideas founded on rock-solid strategic thinking.
- Positive thinker, with a can-do attitude, flexible, and cooperative.
