JOB PURPOSE
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, Manage Company Quality Assurance activities in the reporting area in order to support achieving assigned budget objectives of Healthcare Vertical. This role consists in directing the quality strategy and coordinating the sales, procurement, operations in both China and overseas entities.
- Design and develop quality system module in compliance with Healthcare customer and product regulation and requirement, and in line with GCN and corporate quality management policy.
- Responsible for Healthcare vertical Quality & Health & Safety within Greater China, up to and including policy creation, program development, compliance and audit.
- Responsible for daily operation monitoring also cross activity review together with internal stakeholders
- Participate in development of Pharma vertical and product strategy in cooperation with GCN and Regional vertical head
- Manage suppliers’ qualification
- Ensure compliance and adherence to customer requirements
- Responsible for alarm set-up internally and with external supplier
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Establish Quality Assurance programs and protocols for GCN sites that applicable to Healthcare Pharmaceutical product
- Lead QMS implementation in China, make sure that vertical strategy and plans are aligned at all time with major trade partners as well as entities GCN and Overseas
- Develop policies, practices and training programs
- Develop and renew healthcare related Certificates for GCN sites
- Setting up SOPs in GDP-trained officers
- Leading sub-contractor qualification programs and process
- Take part in customer Q&HSE survey and audit reviews
- Conducts accident investigations, address issues, work out solutions, and generate written CAR reports
- Take part in business solution development, including verification, risk assessment, BCP, exception management, solution optimization, etc
- Review quality compliance in China, develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance, to increase customer satisfaction

- A well balanced and sufficient of knowledge and experience in international freight forwarding quality management as well as sufficient understanding of Healthcare Pharmaceutical quality management requirement, which all should be utilized in implementing granted business and quality assurance activities for clients.

Requirements
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced manager within Pharmaceutical and Medical market product.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within international freight forwarding or Healthcare industry.
- Solid GDP and preferably GMP/GSP experience.
- Overall good knowledge on temperature-controlled transportation.
- GDP training, goal oriented, focused and competitive
- OSHA certified, HAZMAT certified, is a plus
- Possess good communication skills and influence skill.
- Result driven and analytical ability.
- High level of integrity and quality compliant.
- Team player and fluent English.
