Restaurant Manager [Singapore]

We have a position for Restaurant Manager to supervise operations at our bustling restaurant. The main duties are scheduling shifts, address customers’ complaints and queries. Also needs to ensure compliance to health, hygiene and safety regulations.


Responsibilities

1. Preparation of store to be ready for service

2. Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant on staff

3. Ensuring sufficient inventory maintained for operations

4. Occassionally serving customers and assisting with lobby duties

5. Applicants must have at least 3 years of F&B Managerial experience

6. Applicants must have basic culinary skills and knowledge

7. Training new staff to be familiar with company SOP

8. Enforcing discipline and motivating the team


Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience preferably in restaurant environment
  • Good aptitude - Can do and will do
  • Ability to connect and engage customers in a friendly and cheery manner
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
