Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum +5 years of experience in SAP Project System module with at least 4 end-to-end implementations.
- Should have 3-5 years of domain experience in executing end to end Projects in R&D.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP DMS configuration & customizing and preferably in related modules.
- Experience in implementing projects within the scope of R&D centers (Agriculture may be an advantage).
- The latest s4 Hana version certification or exp is mandated.
- Must have a minimum SAP Certification in S/4HANA 1809 or higher versions in PS module.
- Expert in SAP S/4HANA PS and integrated modules/products.
- Expert in requirements gathering, system design, development, testing methodologies, training, defining support procedures.
- Integration knowledge with other SAP modules like EHS, MM, SD, TMS.
- Experienced with SAP Documents, Document Structure, Document Search, Document Distribution Version Management, Document Vaulting, Integrated Viewer Status Management, Document Conversion, Document workflow, Interfacing Table specification.
- Should be also versed with the integration aspects of SAP DMS applications with other core modules of SAP.
- Good understanding of standard Fiori apps available with S4 HANA PLM release.
- Very good understanding and hands-on integration experience in other EPPM modules like PPM is preferred.
- Participate in design discussions with clients and lead design and process discussions.
- Detailing of the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution.
- Ability to provide a training document through different channels like Enable now.
- Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Ability to communicate in English language is mandatory, (Arabic language may be an advantage).
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting requirement gathering sessions with Business Process Owners to define business requirements and needs.
- Design and implement SAP PLM Solutions by leveraging SAP PLM module to support the Organization’s business needs.
- Understanding the Business requirements AS-IS and TO-BE document and sign off with users for Business blue print document (BRD).
- Working on enhancements to various PLM applications depending upon Business needs.
- Manage all New Product Development, engineering data and design various downstream tools for all PLM processes.
- Providing IT expertise to support the realization and design of the manufacturing processes for Organization.
- Handle new PLM application requirements or to support changes in the organizational structure.
- Collaboration with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices and improve PLM integration products, by communicating and working with R&D teams.
- Working in close coordination with other functional teams to aid the overall project to achieve the tasks necessary to have the SAP PLM application available meeting business requirements.
- Providing assistance to identify and access all new PLM application technologies and upgrade to all product development activities.
- Monitor efficient integration of all business applications efficiently in all PLM systems.
- Responsible, configure SAP PLM and interact with technical team for RICEFW development including Fiori apps.
- Responsible for the setting up of the SAP DMS, structure for large scale enterprise. Integration process and installation SAP DMS application with other core module of SAP DMS.
- Responsible for the configuration/build of SAP S/4HANA PS solutions.
- Responsible for data migration and cutover topics for the stream.
- Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support.
