A great opportunity has become available for a Storeperson to join our Compounding Team in a full-time, permanent role on site at our Auckland Facility.
You will be responsible for the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining inventory/stock
Managing stores daily scheduling, meetings and ensuring training is rolled out to the stores team
Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
Implantation of lean in store area
Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
Entering bills into Coupa
Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
Managing and Co-ordinating Monthly stock takes
Other pharmacy duties as required
Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrate leadership qualities
Experience in a similar role, essential.
Ability to adhere to procedure with good attention to detail.
Good communication and people skills.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Good time management skills.
You will be required to work 40 hrs a week (5 days a week, Monday to Sunday) between the operational hours of 5:00 am – 10:00 pm depending on the business requirements.
