Academic Coordinator

Job Description: The Academic Coordinator supports the Academic Manager and Academic Committee in course planning, learning management systems and instructional materials developments to align with the school standards and objectives.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Academic Manager, Technical Director, and Chef Administrative Assistant to develop and revise curriculums/courses/programmes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational technology, and learning management systems.
- Support administrative tasks related to academic matters, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of study materials and recommending their implementation.
- Act as the primary contact for all academic matters, both internally and externally, including participate in Academic Committee Meetings.
- Manage work orders and purchase requisitions for all school’s courses with the Purchasing team using the SAP system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in higher education, academic advising or student services
- Experience in the international education sector and in working with students in an academic setting
- Ability to work and develop the latest technologies as online tools for creating digital content for teaching in the classroom and learning outside of school.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
