Manager Managed Services [Qatar]


 

Leading and managing the delivery of IT services to clients, managing customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence.

Proven experience in managing IT services, strong customer relationship management skills, understanding of service delivery processes and best practices.

Overseeing IT operations and infrastructure, managing teams, implementing best practices and policies, and driving continuous improvement.

Strong technical background, experience in IT operations management, knowledge of ITIL framework, excellent leadership and communication skills.

Expertise in Azure solutions and services

Minimum 4-6 years experiance in relevant position

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR22,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ITIL (Required)
