We are urgently hiring an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical installation projects in the Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation projects, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Plan and schedule resources, materials, and equipment required for the projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising mechanical projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems, equipment, and installation practices.
- Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Valid UAE driving license.
