Job Title: Sustainability and CSR Manager
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for driving Grundfos Sustainability Journey in China Region (including SBTi, water, recycle, social).
- Drive and consolidate Grundfos China CSR activities (project management, execution, old/new partnership maintenance & development).
Job Description:
- Responsible for China level Sustainability framework build-up including long-term roadmap, deployment, as well as local sustainability knowledge pool built-up.
- Responsible for internal key stakeholder alignment on sustainability topics.
- Responsible for Group Sustainability driven projects deployed in China, if any.
- Acting as core channel across Division and setup One Grundfos China point of contact towards external stakeholders in China.
- Responsible for providing more local Sustainability content, towards internal stakeholders e.g. Branding, Communications etc.
- Drive local CSR projects via different sources – including local volunteers activities as well Community Grants Applications.
- Hands on for local CSR deployment for site visit as well as activity arrangement.
- Maintain and Development of CSR partnerships, (including NGOs, private enterprises, local Foundations etc).
- Responsible for providing more local CSR content towards internal stakeholders e.g. Branding, communications etc.
Qualifications:
- Min 5-7 years working experience in both sustainability and CSR with industrial or consulting background
- ESG related knowledge
- Excellent in both strategic sustainability roadmap/framework development and local sustainability initiatives deployment
- Excellent in both CSR project management as well as CSR deployment
- Excellent in communication as well as both external/internal alignment skills
- Sustainability relevant Master or Bachelor degree as a must and fluent in Chinese & English
