Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
Process customer orders, coordinate and monitor on orders and delivery schedules to ensure efficiency
Provide ad-hoc customer service or admin support when required
Requirements:
Candidates with 1-2 years of order processing experience is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
