Your responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be in charge of the design, execution, and transfer of CAPEX investment projects. This role entails operational leadership for CAPEX projects ranging from 2 to 50 million CHF:
- Establish the investment project charter, define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes in collaboration with senior executives and stakeholders of the relevant site.
- Execute the investment project while adhering to budget, scope of work, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure that project KPIs and dashboards are suitable for risk, cost, and schedule management and are implemented in a timely manner.
- Lead regular engineering and project control meetings to ensure proper execution and to identify & implement corrective actions in case of deviations from set objectives.
- Ensure implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions and compliance with internal and external standards of quality, safety, and environmental practices.
- Ensure the successful handover of the project to the production team.
Profile requirements:
- Master's degree in process engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, industrial systems, HVAC, pharmaceutical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Previous experience as a Process Engineer or Project Manager on investment projects in a pharmaceutical / chemical environment.
- Fluent in English, French and / or German is a strong asset
- Swiss or European nationality
