Job Description:
1. Location: Airoli
2. Handling Inbound calls (Technical background US Customer Service) And Need to Handle Ecommerce Related Queries
3. Need to Handle Technical Internet Related Queries.
4. Designation: CSA
5. Excellent communication skills needed
6. HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience.
7. Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift
8. Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday.
Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Berlitz(VnA), Typing-25/85.
Transport Boundaries: Kalyan to Thane, Thane to Panvel, Panvel to Kurla, Thane to Sion, Andheri to Virar
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹8,549.03 - ₹40,893.57 per month
