Customer Service Executive [Pakistan]


 

● Interaction with customers, follow-ups, respond to their queries and facilitate them by providing the appropriate services.

●Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

●Promptly handle clients complaint, inquiries as well as interact new customers.

●Responsible to answer the queries on different social platforms

●Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

●Proficient in MS-Office.

Gender: Male

Qualification: B.A/B.COM

Experience: 1 to 2 years
