Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects as assigned within the pre-defined budget, quality and schedules.
- Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Respond to all enquiries internally and externally with respect to the project.
- Make sure the supply equipments matches the contractor.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor technicians and engineers to deliver excellent results and submit regular progress reports.
- Submit detailed and accurate reports relating to the project when needed.
- Coordinate the contractors, ensuring that works are completed in line with the requirement
- Review the work plan of the contractor and comment/recommend necessary quality changes.
- Challenge project flaws with solutions where appropriate.
- Assess project plans and undertake feasibility studies, identifying risk areas and potential costs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Manage a group of 8 or more technicians and engineers.
- Assist the company in evaluating new technology and/or equipment upgrades and in developing future communication requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct supervisory role in facilities management field.
- Proven experience in optimizing support center and customer service performance.
- Experience in Capital planning, budgeting and conformance.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross functional and team-based environment .
- Experience in the end-to-end process of project planning, requirements management, risk management, documentation, design processes, test processes, and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of key manufacturing best practices and experience with implementation.
- Strong project management skills to develop and maintain robust timelines.
- Possess excellent managerial skills and technical qualifications and demonstrate the judgement, initiative, and motivation essential to maintaining operational control of the communications network and facilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to succeed in a high-velocity environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly organized.
- Fluent in Arabic.
