For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly ASPIRE Process Support Chemical Development (m/f/d)
Background:
The position supports the ASPIRE program with his or her expertise. The role will support a wide range of activities and deliverables, for example data review, assess and progressing Change Impacts, preparing and participating in user acceptance test (UAT). In addition to SMEs assigned to deployment workstreams, some SME may be part time and contribute in an ad hoc manner to deliverables.

The perfect candidate: We are looking for a candidate who can handle the interface to the chemical development team and the ASPIRE SAP development team. This person will support different processes and should understand the usage of software and software changes. We are looking for a detail oriented person who is capable of working with different internal stakeholders and has a proactive approach.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Participate in Local Fit Gap, ensuring implications of Template adoption are understood and participate in identifying change impacts
* Adapt legacy processes for ASPIRE, i.e. contribute to change of legacy SAP processes and support the readiness for ASPIRE
* Actively support local pre-deployment and deployment project phases, especially transition and go-live, plan and track local close down and ramp up
* Contribute to country questionnaire, system impact assessment, change impact assessment,
data scoping, cleansing and migration including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal
* Actively participate in the extended network to articulate critical local business and reporting requirements
* Identify critical technical gaps (e.g. interfaces and reports) not covered by the global solution and define workaround for technical requirements that cannot be integrated in the global solution (if applicable)
* Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required or even create documents by themselves
* Participate in relevant solution tests (SAT / UAT for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute „Day in a life“ simulation
* Conduct data and process mapping, analyse and resolve SOD (Segregation Of Duties) issues
* Attend TTT (train the Trainer) and coordinate and deliver local end user training together with Business and IT SMEs and localize training materials
Must Haves:
* Finished Diploma, further education or Bachelor degree in any technical environment or administrative environment with good technical understanding
* Min. 1 – 3+ years‘ experience in development softwares and SAP requirements, within the pharmaceutical industry with GMP experience is a plus
* Hands-on experience in process analysis/support and requirements collecting with internal stakeholders
* Experience of working within projects in a matrixed environment and agile set up
* Demonstrated delivery focus and execution
* Fluent in German is a MUST and English min. B2 Level needed
