Job Description
Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EV Battery Industry Technical Expert/Consultant to provide specialized domain expertise and consultancy services in the EV Battery industry. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, addressing their business challenges, and delivering tailored solutions to drive customer outcomes. You will work closely with the sales team to engage with C-level executives, initiate consulting services, and identify the necessary ecosystem to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting global initiatives and coordinating with marketing and market access teams.
Responsibilities :

Provide domain expertise on industry/segment requirements and understand customer business challenges.

Deliver presentations on emerging industry/segment trends, showcasing the business benefits and how Rockwell can help achieve desired outcomes.

Conduct initial plant walks and initiate consulting services to drive customer outcomes such as productivity, OEE, optimization, and ROI.

Support sales team in building C-level engagement for target accounts, driving business outcome discussions, and providing advisory services.

Coordinate with marketing to participate in industry forums and tradeshows, including speaking engagements and delivering white papers.

Collaborate with market access teams to support SI/partner enablement through industry domain knowledge.

Identify industry coverage gaps and recommend suitable partners to fill those gaps.

Provide industry insights and value propositions to marketing and sales enablement for competency development, including C-level messaging and playbooks.

Facilitate knowledge sharing through industry affinity team calls organized by marketing.

Provide industry performance insights during Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR).

Collaborate with sales leadership to support industry-influenced accounts in the region and develop them as future potential enterprise accounts.

Advise business units and marketing in identifying and building industry repeatable applications and solutions.

Support marketing in building industry Business Strategy Reviews (BSR) and monitor execution across the region.

Support Business units and Provide insight on Solution and technology gaps.
Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or other technical fields.

Minimum 15-20 years of experience in EV Battery industry with a deep understanding of industry requirements and trends.

Proven track record in delivering consultancy services and driving customer outcomes.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.

Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to analyze industry data, provide insights and develop value propositions.

In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer needs within the EV Battery industry.
