Assistant Manager Admissions & Students Affairs [Pakistan]


 

Role and Responsibilities

· Managing NIU other Admissions Office of NUR-FMS.

· Responsible for Student Affairs Modules of Campus On Clouds

· Handling the Campus on Cloud software also maintains the records of every student on Campus on Cloud.

· Updating Students Records/ Scanning documents at Campus on Clouds.

· Ensuring students file are scanned and data is stored virtually.

· Managing schedule, rooms, and instructional supplies for workshops and other study programs.

· Maintaining and filing the office records

· Prepare and maintain student records according to NIU policies and administrative regulations.

· Develop and manage a comprehensive academic support program

· Provide teaching material and fulfill other class requirements.

· Support in Clubs and Societies

· Support in Seminars and Conference

· Support in Admission activities

· Ensures that all organizations policies and procedures are accurately and consistently implemented

· Liaison with faculty for Class setup, makeup classes, Time tables, attendance, Student Profiles, and In-class facilities

· Operational Support to faculty to conduct student workshops.

· Dealing with parents and students for admissions

· Delivered the required information to the students

· Admissions Incoming calls responses

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
