Data Entry Specialist [United States]


 

Purpose

The Data Entry Specialist will support the Installation Team with general office administrative tasks.


Essential Job Functions

Support the Install Crew Manager and Install Crew with administrative duties and paperwork

Enter paperwork into database

Create customer profiles, estimates, and orders

Review and manage any order changes in regards to scheduling, equipment, change in prices/costs, etc.

Review paper work for errors and communicate with Sales Reps for corrections or additional information

Organize and attach proper documents for each customer order as needed

Complete any additional paperwork needed for installs, accounting, and inspections

Communicate with install crews regarding upcoming jobs for the next day

Print necessary installation forms and paperwork for install crews

Bank deposits, as needed

Sort copies of various documents for payroll

Other duties as assigned


Work Hours

This is a non-exempt position. Work hours to be determined based on the needs of the business. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Work Environment

Standard office with shared common space and individual workspaces with dividers.


Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk

Prolonged periods of working at a computer

Must be able to lift 20 pounds


Supervisory Responsibility

None. All questionable matters are referred to Supervisor.
